Hill Roberts grew up near Atlanta playing music since he was 13. Influenced by the likes of Robert Johnson, B. B. King, The Allman Bros. Band, Bob Dylan, J. J. Cale, Dr. John. and Little Feat, he delivers a hair raising and head turning soulful voice, resonating lyrics, and a unique approach to blending the sounds of Folk, Blues, Country, Soul, Funk and Jazz into story. He performs often with his band, The Hill Roberts Band, which more recently performs under the alias, Catfish & Co. or Catfish & The Bottom. Along with playing his own brand of bluesified folk/funk, reminiscent of the New Orleans style music that has inspired him, avid listeners can find him performing music from his “Live Compilation” Fresh Milk (2015) or from his upcoming album/story “Catfish, Let The Music Take…” (due for release in Spring of 2017) throughout the southeastern US.
